64-bit Thunderbird doesn't search for 64-bit plugins. — at Initial Version

Description
After installing 64-bit PUIAS6, when I started Thunderbird, it couldn't find 64-bit versions of the plugins I had previously installed, Enigmail and Lightning.
However, with a little googling I found 64-bit versions of each and had to download and install them myself. Is this a bug in PUIAS 6, RHEL 6, or Thunderbird?
I'm prioritizing this as major since all the IT people here at IAS used enigmail regularly, and this is will definitely cause problems for us.
